Do you offer memberships or packages?

Yes - I offer Personal training memberships and session packs, depending on th level of support and consistency you’re looking for.

Counselling is offered as session packs only, allowing flexibility without a membership commitment.


What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

At least 48 hours’ notice is appreciated when cancelling or rescheduling a session
